Never give up.

Some words just hit.

Very entertaining! I don't think I've ever heard Roger be so earnest in an interview. Thanks for sharing.

Two tragic eggs on my plate now. This was otherwise lovely, and validating.

Roger is such a nice guy isn’t he? Really interesting exploring that drive to create - even at the potential cost of losing money etc. and questioning / not questioning when you give up. That drive that artists have to create their art is key. Thanks for sharing Carre - part 2 - Eggs Benedict?? 🤣

Now that is a kitchen with a view. Thank you for sharing that chat, it was so interesting. I really like how honest Roger is, that is refreshing and I get an idea why you two are good friends because I think you share that virtue.

Really enjoyed this!

I'm one who puts the eggs in cold water and boils them type -- but they can split open my way too.

I imagined he'd wake up, feed a flock of ravens, pen a few poetic words about the shameful state of the world, and then back to sleep.

Porridge and boiled eggs wasn't on my mental menu for this lovely man. Ha ha.

Thanks for the insight. I forgive you for delivering it a day late.

Loved everything about this. While I was hanging on to every word & exchange in the chat between you & Roger...and he comes across as a very lovely person...I couldn't help but just be fascinated & enthralled by his kitchen. It's so sparse and uncluttered and feels home-y...and that view from the window above the sink?!?!?...like, woah!!! So awesome.

Omg… I forgot to mention that the very first concert I ever went to was with The Psychedelic Furs at Magic Mountain. It was raining, and I went alone!

The Cure will always be one of my favorite bands! I still can't get enough of them. I listen to their music every day because it's on all my playlists. Reminds of my years going to clubs. It was so awesome to see Roger. Thank you for the interview! 💕🌹❤️
