An introduction...
If you don’t know me already, my name is Carré (kuh-ray) and I’m a musician, artist and writer. I’m a big fan of spaghetti and I don’t believe in horoscopes.
Now that that’s out of the way…
I’m approaching this space as a scrapbook of sorts, where personal stories and essays can live alongside rants, raves and ramblings. As I’m currently working on a new record, this substack will also inevitably become a companion to the album. I’ll post snippets of songs in progress and write about my creative chaos process.

Good to see artists exploring non traditional avenues to engage fans and promote their work.
It’s a crime what artists are (not) getting for streaming and the rise of Bandcamp, Patreon, Substack etc is inevitable to allow artists to continue to flourish (both artistically and financially) in these evolving times -
